Facilities

Including parking for up to 30 cars in a private off-road car park, and three function rooms which can be booked separately or combined.
The hall is licensed to play live music and to serve alcohol – subject to terms and conditions

Booking Terms and Conditions

Private Bookings for Minors’ Events, including children’s parties (under 21) can only be accepted on the following terms: payment will be taken in advance. The booking and on-site responsibility on the day of the event, must be made/taken by an adult
For Private Bookings for people of all ages: payment will be taken in advance
Bookings from other than local residents will be accepted only at the discretion of The Trustees – please contact the Booking Team

Please Consider our neighbours

Enjoy your party or music event but please keep windows and the fire escape door closed on the left side of the hall (looking from the main entrance). Ensure all noise ends by 11.00pm then clear up before quietly leaving the building no later than midnight.

Operating Instructions

  • Access Keys
    The code for the key cabinet will be given to you by the Booking Team.
    Your room’s external door key will be accessible inside the key cabinet
  • Boost Heating
    • Main Hall – Insert the key marked ‘heating’ into the key switch in the main hall lobby. To set the temperature required, adjust the wall-mounted thermostat just inside the main hall
    • Meeting Room – insert the yellow card attached to the meeting room key into the card reader in the meeting room lobby. To set the temperature required, adjust the wall-mounted thermostat just inside the meeting room
    • Social Room – insert the green card attached to the social room key into the card reader in the social room. To set the temperature required, adjust the wall-mounted thermostat just inside the social room
